Our Return Policies:
You changed your mind and want to cancel the order. here’s what you need to know.
An order will be considered as canceled only if the order has been canceled within 24 hours of its placement. In this case, we will refund your money within 5 business days.
We will accept the returns as per the following terms.
If you refuse delivery for a reason and want a refund, you will be able to get it once we confirm the items are back in our possession with no damage to the product.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to shipping & return, an Item.
Return of the product will be accepted only within 10 days from the date the product was received; after that, no return for convenience or wrong product selection by the buyer.
The product will be accepted for return only in case of a manufacturing defect.
Please note that the following cases are NOT eligible for return or replacement.
There are no cancellations or comfort guarantees on special orders or custom-sized orders.
Any staining or soiling of a mattress will void any warranty. The purchase and use of a mattress protector is highly recommended.
Products that are not in the original condition and packaging or show signs of damage will violate our return policy.
There are no exchanges on bed frames, headboards, pillows, mattress protectors, or mattress toppers.
